The home is nestled on 10 wooded acres with a walking trail. The living room has powered theater seating, so everyone can recline (charge their cell phone if need be) and enjoy a movie.

Hop on the Ironton Ferry to spend the day shopping/dining in the City of Charlevoix and take in the sunset over Lake Michigan or travel the winding road along Lake Charlevoix to Boyne City and enjoy the fun summer festivities offered here all summer. Summary: My adult children and their spouses joined us for a long weekend. The house was perfect. There was plenty of space and plenty of everything else we were looking for. The location is somewhat remote but also somewhat perfect. It is quiet and peaceful and only the very loudest boats on Charlevoix Lake are audible. There are TVs everywhere with plenty of WiFi for whatever you want or need. The house is very clean and it was extra handy to be able to utilize the garage when loading/unloading luggage, groceries, and whatnot. There were all the kitchen amenities you would need on a vacation and plenty of hot water. 100% would return.
